Garden Concrete’s comprehensive process includes everything you need to get your Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC). We can asses your Municipal Improvement Agreement (MIA), take care of On-Street Construction and Maintenance permits and deal with everything required to apply for your Construction Completion Certificate (CCC) and Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC). The FAC includes (but not limited to) the following:
- Barricade Set-up
- Concrete Removal
- Subgrade Work
- Granular
- Compaction
- Concrete Supply
- Placing & Finishing to Any Municipality's Specification
- Test Results
Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC):
Upon expiry of the maintenance period of each municipal improvement outlined in the servicing agreement, the developer’s consultant must request an inspection for each municipal development, and submit any required test results and backup documentation, to process the Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) request.
The purpose of the FAC is to transfer full responsibility for a municipal improvement from the developer to the City. Garden Concrete commits to receiving the FAC certificate from the City before the job is “done.”
Construction Completion Certificate (CCC):
For municipal construction improvements to get certified, the developer’s consultant must request an inspection for each municipal development, and submit any required test results and backup documentation, to process the Construction Completion Certificate (CCC) request, as outlined in the servicing agreement.
